MVP service terms
AddMyBot is a bounded support tool for owners, website visitors and authorized server integrations. This page describes the current MVP’s permitted use and limitations. Operator identity, a working support contact and legal review are required before public launch.
Your account and business
Keep credentials and server API keys private. Provide content you are authorized to use and disclose. Review extracted text and AI answers. Explicit approval permits current source names/content and webpage citations in widget or API answers; edited content requires fresh indexing and approval. Website origins and API approval are separate controls. Never embed server keys in browser storage or public scripts.
Acceptable use
Do not access another owner’s data, evade quotas, import private/internal or login-protected pages, send malicious files or misuse contact details. Use contact information only for its consented follow-up purpose. Do not rely on AddMyBot for high-stakes or emergency decisions.
Limits and AI
One business and agent per owner. Current product allowances are listed on Pricing and your protected Billing page. Prices are proposed Test Mode prices, pending commercial and capacity approval. Existing development businesses retain explicit legacy access. Chat and upload counters use UTC calendar months; renewal dates are separate. Plan changes, retries and deletion never reset usage. Indexing, webpage fetching, customer records, concurrency and provider reservations have shorter limits. API, Playground and widget share chat/provider usage. Accepted failures and fallbacks may count. AI can be inaccurate even with citations; no accuracy, availability, response-time or human follow-up guarantee is made. API chat is single-turn; bounded follow-ups use fresh knowledge, and ambiguous questions may require clarification.
Subscriptions, cancellation and refunds
Checkout is available only in Razorpay Test Mode after operator setup; real sales remain unavailable. A mandate authorization or checkout success alone grants no paid access. Only verified captured recurring payments establish paid coverage. Failed renewals do not extend that coverage. Cancel at period end through Billing; paid access remains until its verified paid-through date. Expiry or downgrade preserves records and settings while blocking excess new allocation. Supported card subscriptions may schedule a next-cycle plan change, without immediate proration; unsupported payment methods require cancellation/expiry and an explicit later checkout. No replacement subscription is created silently.
Payment receipts are not GST tax invoices. Supplier identity, tax treatment, working support contact and the refund policy remain pending owner/legal review before live sales. Cancellation does not automatically initiate a refund. Contact AddMyBot Support Team for recovery or refund-policy questions; no refund entitlement is invented by this development notice.
Records and access
Owners can disable publications, revoke keys and delete knowledge/customer records. Review periods, expiry and activity-driven cleanup are described in Privacy. Deletion and New chat do not reset usage. Account deletion and broader data requests require operator assistance; logout does not delete data. This MVP has no whole-site crawling, scheduled refresh, voice, CRM, paid scraping or teams.
